The marine life of the Pacific region is full of extraordinary creatures and astonishing fish species. 1 of them is lionfish which is also known as dragonfish or scorpionsfish. Lionfish is scientifically identified as Pterois and its ten subspecies have been discovered so far. Lionfish is a predator in nature and its prey consists of smaller fish but it is also hurtful for the bigger species.
