Esha deol is an model and indian actress belonging to deol family the daughter of Dharmendra and Hema mailini  and sister of Sunny deol and Boby deol and Elder sister of Ahana deol and cousin sister of Abhay deol born on 2 November 1981 in Mumbai.She made her acting debut in Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe with Aftab shivdashani in 2002.For this Esha Deol was praised by film critics and her performance in the movie earned her numerous awards and nominations including the Filmfare Award for the Best Female Debut in bollywood. Esha Deol's first commercial success was the multi-starrer action film Dhoom with Abhshek Bachchan, John Abraham, and Uday Chopra, featuring her in a supporting role. It was continued by numerous multi-starrer movies including Dus with Abhishek Bachchan Sunil setty, Sanjai Dutt Jayad khan and Diya Mirza and No Entry  with Fardeen khan, Salman khan, Anil Kapoor,Salena jetly,Bipasa Basu, that were commercial successes at the box office and earned Esha Deol critical acclaim. The majority of Deol's films earned critical acclaim for her performances in films including Ankahee, Darling with Imran Hashmi  until she took a hiatus from acting. Esha deol acted with the variouse film such as Na tum Jaano na hum with Saif ali khan and Hritik Roshan, Kya Dil Ne Kaha with opposit to Tussar Kapoor Kuchh to hai with Aftab shivdasani, Chura liya Hai Tumne, Insan with Akshay Kumar, Ajai Devgan, Tusar kapoor and Lara Dutta. Esha Deol made her comeback to acting with a lead role in Tell Me O Kkhuda. But the get flopped.

Born to famous Bollywood actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra. She has a younger sister Ahana Deol. Her older half siblings are Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, Vijeeta and Ajeeta, through her father's first marriage to Prakash Kaur. Esha Deol attended Mithibai College in Mumbai where she planned to become a fashion designer. Deol trained in the Odissi dancing style under Mumbai guru Rabindra Atibuddhi. She was trained by and performs classical Bharatanatyam dance with her mother and Esha Deol got engaged to her boyfriend Bharat Takhtani,a businessman on 12 February 2012 and married on 29 June 2012.
